1. Why?

There are kids who have so many they have to carry them around in plastic cases and some that go so far as to try and wear them all at once and thats a bad idea. This product is for them. They have so many Silly Bandz and want to display them.

No, the product is made to wear loose and since there are 3 sizes it should be easy to find a size that’s comfortable.
