Rob Croak was at a toy show where he encountered rubber bands designed by a Japanese design team. They were made originally made as a green office product and ended up in dollar stores because companys didn’t want to pay that much for rubber bands.
Rob Croak re-molded them as a bracelet and called them Silly Bandz.So in answer to the question “Who invented Silly Bandz?” Rob Croak did.
